Well it sure beats the majority of folks who want to bury there heads in the sand and pretend everything is fine. You don't know how many people I know who just say I don't want to hear about it or talk about it?

I think there is some truth to the notion of pessimism porn. there is some allure to reading about or hearing the apocalyptic news for some of us. Kind of like watching a horror movie. Having said that, that video is just an attempt to marginalize those who are bringing forth the bad news and those who are paying attention. I guess it's just human nature. It goes back to that quote about the truth first being ridiculed, then violently opposed, then accepted as self evident.
I have tried to warn many people in my own circle. It has been incredibly frustating and stressfull for me. I believe it's one in ten people who will listen to and acknowledge our situation. It's probably one in a hundred who will listen and then take action.
