- 757-471-7800 or

- 50% deposit required, payment in full by the start of the seminar.
Cost (this is all inclusive - seminar, materials, lodging and six meals):
- Cabin (shared accommodations) - $385 with linens; $375 without linens
- Double occupancy in hotel - $440 (This is the per person rate if you have two people in a room.)
- Triple occupancy in hotel - $415
- Quadruple occupancy in hotel - $405
Prerequisites prior to arrival at the seminar:
- You must watch the Crash Course (yes, the whole thing)
- You must complete the Self-Assessment
The Place:
The conference center is both remote and rustic, yet has all the necessary facilities for a great weekend seminar. Our experience at Rowe is that a sense of isolation from the rest of the world helps to create the right environment for the learnings and discussions we will be conducting.
Description of the seminar:
The seminar builds upon the Crash Course. We will spend minimal time on the details of the existing Crash Course material itself, instead focusing on the larger implications of the material as well as on new data and conclusions.
We will provide you with tools that you can use to identify where people (yourself included) are in the process of adjusting to the new reality. This will help you take actions to prepare yourself, locate, and work with others who share your outlook. We will provide training on how to go from "alone" to "connected," using the extensive trial and error experiences of Chris and Becca as a model.
In parallel, we will examine the closely held, and often unexamined, beliefs that prevent us from believing our own eyes and taking necessary actions.
The basic elements we will cover are (note: this is not the agenda):
- The Crash Course major themes; their interconnections and implications
- Inflation vs. Deflation
- Derivatives
- Other current events that are currently in the news
- "Our Story" - What Chris and Becca did to prepare and how they did it
- The Six Stages of Awareness (in greater detail)
- Working through the Self-Assessment worksheets in small group settings
- Separating facts, opinions, and beliefs
- Limiting vs. enhancing beliefs - which do you hold right now?
- The Crash Course Toolbox
- Predicaments vs problems
- Naming fears
- A vision for the future
- Operating in groups - the importance of community
- The path forward

Morte alla tyrannus et dei
My wife and I attended Rowe...the experience was so good we consider it a turning point in our lives!
Now there's another seminar in Viginia! We want to go that one also!! Alas, we live in CA ...
Sooo, would a west coast seminar be in the works for the near future?

Amen to a West Coast Seminar, or let's say a California seminar, say halfway between LA & SF at either San Luis Obispo or Santa Maria.
Hi Jeff, Heather and Jake, and hucklejohn,
We already have two coming to the VA seminar from CA... We have airports here!
Go East, young man... women too.
Cat
Thrilled we are having a seminar in VA, looking forward to it! Mailing my deposit today!! Thank you Cat, Chris, Becca and everyone who worked putting this together! Teresa

As a Rowe attendee I will put in my .02. It really is important to be up to speed on the CC before you attend or you and your fellow attendees will be at different levels of understanding, considerably complicating Chris and Becca's ability to speak at a level with which all are comfortable. They might even have to use run-on sentences like mine!!

DIAP,
The only non-stop flights I could find were from San Francisco to Dulles. How is the drive from Dulles to Lowesville? The airports I looked into other than Richmond were Greensboro and Charlotte.

hucklejohn,
I love that area however it is a bit remote for anyone flying in.I think a retreat North of San Francisco would be ideal because of the accessibility of airports. LA has many frequent flights to either Oakland, SFO or Sacramento.

Coop -
Dulles is about 3 hours to Lowesville and once you are clear of the DC area not a bad drive on 29.
Richmond is about 2 hours to Lowesville so you save an hour.
Greensboro is just under 3 hours away.
Charlotte is just over 4 hours.
Richmond is closest - you'll have to decide between cost and direct flights among the others. I wouldn't fly into Charlotte unless the savings was substantial, but the drive up to Lowesville from Charlotte or Greensboro takes you through the Piedmont and a very nice part of NC and VA.
Shoot me an email if you have any other questions.
